Return Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us, since our goal is to satisfy every customer. However because our products are hand created, we cannot accept items for return, unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction, or if it is a personalized item that is clearly inaccurate. If you need to return an item, please follow these simple steps below:

1) Make sure the item is unused and unopened. We cannot accept opened or used products for refund

2) Please fill out the product return form that was included with your purchase

3) We ask that you ship it by UPS to:

     Credit will be given in the amount of the purchase price of the items only. Shipping will not be refunded. Credits must be issued to the same credit card that was originally used to place the order. Credits will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the return, but please know that it may take longer to show up on your credit card.

We collect this information for the sole purpose of receiving, processing and shipping your order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates and billing addresses are used solely to bill the customer for their order.
